Children’s Mental Health Week

For children’s mental health week, we discussed different negative feelings that can sometimes be felt in school and what causes them. We then worked in groups to come up with ways these feelings can be prevented and/or managed in school, including how we can help ourselves and others. From this, we started a ‘smile list’ of things we can do in school together to make up smile, such as paying each other a compliment. We also drew a little picture of what makes us happy for a whole school display.
